Julie’s Leadership at TrueSource Recognized for Setting New Standards in Speed and Service Excellence

Since taking the reins as President of TrueSource in 2023, Juile has swiftly addressed one of the industry’s most pressing challenges: delivering on speed and service. When it comes to critical facility needs, speed, preparation and technology in service excellence are central to keeping facilities operational. She has delivered results by focusing on people, processes, and technology—empowering teams to make quick decisions, ensuring they are prepared to complete work on their first visit, and embracing technology and digitization to streamline and improve operations. Julie’s leadership has guided how TrueSource responds to emergencies and the company’s role as a trusted partner for more than half of the top 100 retailers in the country.
